Monthly payroll
Salary calculation, payslips, PPh 21 withholding using the TER method (PP 58/2023) and monthly tax reporting.
BPJS registration
BPJS Kesehatan (health) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (employment) enrolment and monthly contributions.
KITAS & immigration
RPTKA approval through the Ministry of Manpower and work KITAS for foreign employees, where the role allows expatriates.

How it works
Frequently asked questions
Is Employer of Record legal in Indonesia?
Yes, when the local employer entity holds the right licences and employment follows Indonesian manpower law. The employee has a local contract with full statutory benefits.
Can an EOR sponsor a foreign employee's KITAS?
Yes, for roles open to foreigners. The employer needs an approved RPTKA from the Ministry of Manpower before the work KITAS is issued by Immigration.
When should I set up my own PT PMA instead?
Usually once your team grows or you need to invoice Indonesian customers. Many clients start on EOR and move staff to their own PT PMA later.
Which benefits are mandatory?
BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, the religious holiday allowance (THR), and statutory leave and severance under PP 35/2021.
